The EF Core repo (dotnet/efcore main branch) has moved its projects to target net11.0 (updated global.json and using NetCurrent for TFM), but the benchmark scenario was still forcing net10.0. This caused NETSDK1045 errors on the build agent since the .NET 10 SDK cannot compile net11.0 projects. We also wanted to update to get test runs using latest net11 anyways.

Pull request overview

This PR updates the EF Core benchmark scenario configuration to target .NET 11.0 instead of .NET 10.0, aligning with the EF Core repository's move to net11.0 and preventing NETSDK1045 build errors when the .NET 10 SDK attempts to compile net11.0 projects.

Changes:

  • Updated framework target from net10.0 to net11.0 in scenarios/efcore.benchmarks.yml
